As the birthplace of Ayurveda, Kerala is also one of India’s most progressive states in terms of social welfare and quality of life. This time-tested system of Indian medicine is practiced with the utmost dedication in Kerala. In Ayurveda, health is achieved by maintaining the perfect balance between body, mind, and spirit; harmonizing the chakras is an integral part of this balance, as they correspond to specific organs within the physical body and to energetic centers in the subtle body. This retreat will give you deep insight into the body’s wellbeing and its connection with nature.  Ayurveda also believes that the human being is a miniature of the universe, containing the wisdom of billions of cells; in this way, each chakra can also be connected to and healed by specific herbs and their medicinal properties. Discover Ayurvedic herbs and plants, an integral part of the Ayurvedic treatment process and explore various other tools you need to maintain health such as massage, yoga, and meditation at the heart of where it all began.
