According to Ayurveda, most ailments originate from the imbalance of the digestive system and mind. Ayurveda teaches us how to make conscious nutritional choices that are best suited for our body and mind and are in harmony with our Prakruti or constitution. Food which is  the life force of all living things, nourishes the body, mind and spirit and is ultimately our best medicine.

This program covers all  topics possible for creating wellness. It teaches us the Four Pillars of Nutrition -( food, exercise, breathing, sleep/meditation) and also healing through the five senses. This covers the aspects of Touch (self-massage), Smell (aroma therapy) – here you will also  learn how to prepare blends of different oils and essential oils for creating ayurvedic products, Sight (Color therapy/gems etc), Sound (Sound and Mantra therapy), Taste (Cooking with all garden and kitchen products for tasty and healthy food). The special feature is that all this is subject to ascertaining an individual’s unique constitution.
